Instructions

  1. Sift flour and sugar together into a bowl.
  2. Whisk milk and egg together, then add to dry ingrediants, whisking until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and brush with butter.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto the hot pan and cook until mixture just begins to bubble.
  5. turn over and cook for one minute or until golden brown.
